          主要功能

          1)電池參數監控:監測單體電池電壓,電池組總電壓,電池組充/放電電流,電池溫度。

          2)電池包的安全管理:具有過充電,過放電,過電壓,過溫,過流保護功能及電池系統的故障診斷,報警。

          3)通訊功能:支持I2C,CAN2.0通訊

          4)電池組SOC估算.

          5)電池信息管理:對電池信息的收集計算記錄,通過上位機配套軟件實現信息的顯示與儲存。

          6)電池管理系統預留配備LED屏的通訊線,通訊采用CAN接口。

          7)帶漏電檢測功能

          8)安全檢測保護參數以及策略。

          9)BMS及繼電器控制策略:需要閉合主繼電器時要先閉合和它并在一起的預充繼電器,預充完成后再閉合該繼電器;預充完成后預充繼電器自動斷開。系統每次上電都需要先預充。

          10)充電:BMS電源接通后,并檢測到充電機在線(通信協議),閉合充電繼電器,充電完成后告知充電機停止充電并斷開充電繼電器;充電時放電繼電器要斷開。

          11)放電:預充及主繼電器由掃地機器人系統控制;

          12)互鎖:電池正常放電繼電器閉合,充電繼電器斷開。充電時放電繼電器自動斷開。

          5) battery information management: the collection of battery information to calculate the record, through the host computer software supporting the realization of information display and storage.

          6) The battery management system is equipped with LED screen communication line, communication using CAN interface.

          9) BMS and relay control strategy: the need to close the main relay closed and it together with the pre-charge relay, pre-charge is completed before closing the relay; pre-charge after the pre-charge relay automatically disconnect. The system needs to be precharged each time it is powered on.

          10) Charging: After the BMS power is on, it detects the charging line (communication protocol), close the charging relay, and inform the charger to stop charging and disconnect the charging relay after the charging is complete. Discharge relay should be disconnected when charging.

          11) Discharge: pre-charge and the main relay by the sweeping robot system control;

          12) Interlock: the battery normal discharge relay is closed, the charging relay is disconnected. Discharge relay automatically disconnects when charging.
